Can a LCD screen work as a touch screen without additional hardware on windows 7? - touch screen
I read once in a forum that you can use a program that comes with Windows 7, you can a standard LCD touch screen. Is that true?

In short, the answer is no.
A touch screen is an LCD screen with a transparent layer if it touches something can recognize. When this layer is not an LCD screen can only touch it.
if the material has no touch-screen functions, you can not work without modification.
the screen itself is always a touch-screen
