Buy a good 12-inch mill bastard file. It is less expensive than grinding system. All tools, except the lawn mower in steel and the file of the job is not very good. To take the mower, a grinding stone of any kind

Ask your friends if they have a drum in his garage. Otherwise, try your local hardware store (like Hank or Ace Hardware).
